Jonathan Drain, who writes Jonathan Drain’s d20 Source, has an interesting post about the role of wizards in pseudo-medieval worlds. His blog is dedicated to D&D, and he writes thoughtfully and well. (If D&D isn’t your bag, some of Jonathan’s posts — like this one — can be applied to fantasy RPGs in general.)
