From the files of the venerable (and excellent) Burning Void comes this set of 14 quick and fluffy guidlines for GMs, including 8 dos and 6 don’ts.

My personal favorite: “Do communicate with your players. This can solve a lot of problems before they even start.“

    I love most of Heather’s advice– this is a distillation of many great articles. It’s almost a mini-review of half her site.

    I hadn’t thought of it that way, but you’re right.

    Having only found out about Burning Void fairly recently (late last year, I think), I often forget how long the site’s been around.
